SafeAir cleans commercial air duct systems for offices, restaurants and multi-unit buildings across Greater St. Louis, Missouri and the Metro-East, Illinois. Every job starts with an on-site survey and an upfront quote, and we schedule around your operation, including evenings and weekends, to keep disruption to a minimum.
How we clean
A commercial system runs longer and moves far more air than a home's, with long trunk lines, many registers and large rooftop or in-building air handlers. We clean it the way NADCA sets out, so the dust and debris leave your building instead of moving around it.
We put the system under negative pressure with a sealed, HEPA-filtered collection unit, then agitate the ductwork with rotary brushes and compressed-air tools, so contaminants are pulled out at the source.
Supply and return ductwork, main trunk lines, registers and grilles, and accessible air-handler parts such as the blower and coils. We confirm exactly what your system needs on the survey.
For restaurants, rentals and buildings recovering from smoke, we also handle post-fire and nicotine odor treatment (Unsmoke), plus sanitizing and Virucide and mold treatment.

Yes. We clean air duct and ventilation systems in restaurants and commercial kitchens across the St. Louis metro. Every commercial job starts with a free on-site survey so we can assess your setup and quote the right work upfront, and many kitchens add an air duct sanitizing and Virucide treatment to help with odors.
It depends on your building, how many people use it and how hard the HVAC system works. Busy commercial and food-service spaces usually need cleaning more often than a home. We can recommend a sensible schedule when we survey your building.
Every building is different, so commercial work is quoted individually based on the size of your system, the number of units and how accessible the ductwork is. The $45.95 residential coupon does not apply to commercial systems. You get a clear written quote after the free on-site survey, agreed before any work begins.
